Performance Evaluation
- Login to your account by clicking the Login link at the right of the top navigation bar.
- You will be asked to Sign in using your GMail account.
- If it is your first time to access performance evaluation, you may be asked for the following:
- Permission to access your profile and email.
- Eployee # and age for verification.
- After a successful login, you will see the evaluation list.
- Click on the evaluate link along name of the person that you wish to evaluate.
- Click on the round button (radio button) that corresponds to the number that best describes your evaluation.
- Once completed, click on the submit button.
- Print the evaluation form after a successful submission.
- Click on logout and close the tab/browser.
