Performance Evaluation

  1. Login to your account by clicking the Login link at the right of the top navigation bar.
  2. You will be asked to Sign in using your GMail account.
  3. If it is your first time to access performance evaluation, you may be asked for the following:
    • Permission to access your profile and email.
    • Eployee # and age for verification.
  4. After a successful login, you will see the evaluation list.
  5. Click on the evaluate link along name of the person that you wish to evaluate.
  6. Click on the round button (radio button) that corresponds to the number that best describes your evaluation.
  7. Once completed, click on the submit button.
  8. Print the evaluation form after a successful submission.
  9. Click on logout and close the tab/browser.
